Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Fruitful Co., we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
